Candidate Filing Period:
Begins Monday, June 3, 2019 through Friday, June 7, 2019, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (UCA 10-3-301, 20A-1-401 (3)(b)).
Declaration of Candidacy Forms of Nomination Petition must be filed in person with the City Recorder at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah.
