Spanish Fork Airport hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 3.66% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements in accordance with USDOT regulations, 49 CFR Part 26. The proposed goal pertains tofederal fiscal years 2024 through 2026.
A teleconference will be held from 1:00 am to 2:00 am on July 12, 2023. During this time, interested parties, contractors and other stakeholders are invited to call in to discuss the proposed goal and rational used in developing the goal. The intent of the call will be to obtain input from various groups relevant to the goal-setting process. Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this publication and can be sent to the following:
