Spanish Fork Parks and Recreation and the Division of Wildlife Resources
have teamed up to offer an urban fishing program for the youth of our
community. This program is an effort to educate the youth about fishing
and public water ways. This course will be held Tuesday and Wednesday
evenings beginning March 26th and March 27th (two separate courses). We
are currently looking for instructors to help with this program.
Instructors will work with a small group of kids helping them to become
better outdoors-men. If you are interested in being an instructor
please call Bronco Hunter at the Spanish Fork Parks & Recreation office,
801-804-4604. There will be an instructors meeting held on March 18th
at 7:30 pm at the Recreation office if you would like to be involved
please plan to attend. Service hours from this program can be used
toward the dedicated hunter program.
