3rd Annual Little Miss Spanish Fork

The City of Spanish Fork is hosting the 3rd annual Little Miss Spanish Fork Pageant. This is a fantastic opportunity for your daughter to showcase her talent, beauty, and style. Enrollment is limited, only 20 contestants are allowed in each age division. There will be a Queen and 4 Attendants in each division. Register on-line at reconline.spanishfork.org or in Spanish Fork Parks & Recreation office on or before April 8, 2013 at 5 p.m. The pageant will be held May 31 & June 1, 2013 in the Spanish Fork High School Auditorium.

There is a Questionnaire that you will need to bring to the parents meeting on April 8, 2013. There is also a Facts Form and Talent Form that will be due at a later date.
