Golf Tournament 2-Player
Best Ball

Saturday, July 19th at the Spanish Oaks Golf Course (2300 East Powerhouse Road). Shot gun start at 9 a.m. or 2 p.m. Entry fee is $75 per person. Team allotment is limited. Register early as event will only be open until full. Contact the Spanish Oaks Golf Course at 798-9816 for more information.




Men's Softball Tournament

The Men's USSSA Fiesta Days Softball Tournament will be held during the daytime hours on Saturday, July 19th at the Spanish Fork Sports Park located at 295 W. Volunteer Drive. Tournament will be a class "D & E" drop down format with a seeding game. Team fee is $200.00 per team with a three game guarantee and should be paid at the Parks & Recreation Office. Registration deadline is Wednesday, July 16th. Please call the Parks & Recreation Office at 798-5068 for more information. You can download a registration form HERE.


New! "Wiffle Ball" Challenge

The 1st ever Fiesta Days Wiffle Ball Challenge will be held Saturday, July 19th, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Spanish Fork Sports Park located at 295 W. Volunteer Drive. There will be three divisions offered: High School Division (08-09), Recreation Division and Pro Division. All players must be out of high school in the Recreation and Pro Divisions. Divisions may be made up of men, women or any combination. Teams will be comprised of five players. Three players will play in the field on defense, while all five players will bat when on offense. Pitchers will pitch to a stationary metal pitching target. (No catcher) Wiffle balls and bats will be provided by the Parks & Recreation Department. Personal bats may be used, but must first be cleared as a legal bat.

Team fee is $60.00 per team with a three game guarantee and should be paid at the Parks & Recreation Office. Registration deadline is Wednesday, July 16th. Children's Parade

FREE! Saturday, July 19, 9:00 am. Children and participants should line up at designated areas at Parks School (700 East Center). A child does not have to be part of an organized "group" to participate. Parade travels west on Center Street and turns on 100 East, west on 100 S, and ends at the southwest corner of the City Park. Each Child needs to fill out this Application. Contact: Ashley Kramer 798-3545.


Activities in the Park (Fun Festival 9:30 am - 12:30 pm)

Saturday, July 19, 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. Children's Fun Festival, Fish Rodeo, Pony Rides, Bungee Jumping, Rock Wall Climbing, Inflatables, Food, Entertainment, and Dancing. Come enjoy the family fun of Spanish Fork all day long.


Fish Rodeo

Saturday, July 19, 10:30 am. Be a part of the exciting Fish Rodeo on Center street at the City Park. This new event features a 1000 square foot man-made pond that will have over 500 fish for the kids to get. For $5, your child will be able to wade into the ankle deep water and try their hand at the prize fishes. Each child that enters will walk away with a 10 inch trout, but other expert "fish-riders" will come away with extra prizes. Tickets will be available before the event, as well as any business day and hours at the City Office.

10th Annual Flag Retirement Ceremony with a Tribute to the Armed Forces

Saturday, July 19, 7 pm.
Outdoor Arena at the Fairgrounds

A favorite annual tradition to honor and to respect our country. The Utah National Guard along with the American Legion and the assistance from local Boy Scout Troops, will properly retire Macey's 50' x 30' flag. Featuring a 21-gun salute. The national anthem, fly over by Apache Helicopters and speakers will highlight the program. Congress has authorized flags worn beyond repair to be destroyed by fire in a dignified manner, showing respect and reverence. Any personal flags you may have can be dropped off at the City Office or the National Guard office in Spanish Fork. Scout troops, gather your old flags to be retired, and bring them ½ hour prior to the ceremony. Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Girl Scouts please be in full uniform to participate. Spanish Fork Community Theater's Production

Come celebrate pioneer traditions with Spanish Fork Community Theater's production of "Oklahoma!".

Performance dates will be: July 18, July 19, July 21, July 25 at 7:30pm. There will be two matinee shows on July 24 & July 26 at 4:00pm. Tickets available at Boothe Brothers Music or at the door 1 hour prior to each performance. See www.sfctonline.org for more information.


Fiesta Days Street Dance - featuring Jersey Street

Saturday, July 19, 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm at Center Street. Come enjoy music, instructional dance, and open dancing with the whole family.
