City Council Member Stacy Beck
Councilwoman Stacy Beck moved to Spanish Fork as a teenager and graduated from Spanish Fork High School, where she met her husband, Chris. They have been married for 26 years and, appreciating the close-knit feel of the community, chose to raise their family in Spanish Fork. After being home for 15 years raising her four children (Braidan, Breanna, Brittany and Colton), she began working at Utah Valley Magazine.
Eventually, that opportunity led her to serve six years on the board of the Spanish Fork-Salem Area Chamber of Commerce and, most recently, as the president in 2015. Her leadership is built on a desire to hear all sides, study issues and make the best decision possible.
At her heart, Stacy is someone who wants to live in a great community at the crossroads of Utah County and is willing to use her skills, experience, passion and energy to make Spanish Fork even greater. She spends her time working to ensure that Spanish Fork will remain a place to which people can surround themselves with a great way of life.
Councilwoman Beck is serving her first four-year term on the City Council and currently serves on the following boards and committees:
- Chamber of Commerce
- Fiesta Days Committee
- Personnel Committee
- Risk Management Committee
